Manufactured with high-quality silicone rubber insulation and precision heating elements, the heater combines excellent flexibility, toughness, and dimensional stability with efficient heat transfer. Its carefully designed heating structure provides fast heat-up and uniform heat distribution across the heating surface, helping improve thermal efficiency and reduce localized hot spots.

The silicone rubber construction offers excellent resistance to pressure, abrasion, moisture, aging, and deformation, while providing reliable electrical insulation and waterproof performance. These features make the heater suitable for long-term operation in demanding industrial environments.

The heater is UL certified and can be customized in a wide range of sizes, shapes, voltage ratings, power outputs, and connection configurations. Available voltage options include 5V, 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V, 110V, 220V, 380V, 600V, and 1000V, as well as other voltage requirements according to customer specifications.

Heating power can be customized from 0.01W/cm² to 2W/cm², while the standard heating power is approximately 0.4W/cm² for conventional applications. This wide power range allows the heater to be designed according to different heating areas, target temperatures, materials, and application requirements.
