Silicone Rubber Heater for Air Compressor is a flexible and efficient heating solution designed to provide fast and uniform heating for air compressors and related pneumatic equipment.

Made from high-quality, environmentally friendly silicone rubber, the heater provides excellent electrical insulation and maintains its flexibility under continuous temperature conditions from -30°C to +200°C. The silicone rubber does not easily harden or crack during long-term high-temperature operation, helping ensure reliable performance and extended service life.

The heating wire is manufactured using an integrated forming process. Its precision-engineered structure provides balanced heat distribution across the entire heating area, minimizing local hot spots and ensuring stable heating performance. The heating element also features excellent electrical conductivity, stable performance, and low electrical resistance, allowing the heater to achieve fast heat-up and efficient heat transfer.

The soft and flexible construction allows the heater to be easily bent and fitted around curved or irregular surfaces, making installation convenient for different air compressor components and equipment configurations.

Silicone Rubber Heater for Air Compressor is widely used for air compressors, pneumatic equipment, valves, pipelines, oil separators, crankcases, and other components requiring temperature maintenance or cold-weather heating.

The heating band is available in 15mm, 25mm, and 35mm widths, with customized length, power output, voltage, temperature control, and connection options available for OEM and application-specific requirements.
